The following Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Coréelle and you ("Affiliate"). By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Coréelle Affiliate Program ("Program") you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you read them carefully prior to signing up.

Term & Conditions 

As a participant in our affiliate program, you agree to the terms detailed in our Affiliate Agreement form.

Commission Fees

Coréelle affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 10% for all sales (*can be raised depending on the sales performance). We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations, and erroneous order duplication. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill. The high-performing affiliates can be provided with a higher rate.

Affiliate Obligations

We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program, including if it:

1. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age

2. Promotes illegal activities 

3. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law 

4. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion. 

5. Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program. 

6. You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor designs your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are Coréelle or any other affiliated business.
